Whenever appropriate small items will be packaged and sent out, by courier, with delivery intended within three to five working days dependent on the courier. The cost of such postage is advised on the individual product page. If you are purchasing more than one item we will review the total postal cost.
Where delivery prices are given, they are for UK mainland only, for all other areas such as the Scottish highlands, Northern Ireland or international etc please contact us and we will provide an alternative quote.
Where delivery prices are not given please enquire with us regarding the costs as they will vary depending on size, weight and distance.
We prefer to make all our deliveries by ourselves to ensure the product arrives with the customer in the same condition 'as bought'. However, we are happy for the customer to arrange their own collection and delivery.
Delivery will be made to the front door. Should the customer require the furniture/item to be placed within the house we will be happy to oblige, within reason, but once through the front door the customer takes on responsibility for any damage to either the furniture or house/house contents.
